NO VICTOR ,NO VANQUISHED - Sanya Omirin Called for Synergy Among party members.

The newly elected candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Ijesa South Federal Constituency in the forthcoming general election in Osun State, Hon. Sanya Omirin has expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all members of his party for their support and encouragement accorded him while the struggle lasted.

Omirin in a flamboyant expression of appreciation to his people said his victory at the polls yesterday was a victory for every member of the party, thereby he declared that THERE IS NO VICTOR AND NO VANQUISHED.

"This is to express my profound gratitude to the various strata of  leadership of our enviable party, The Peoples Democratic Party on the success of our party primary elections held yesterday, 22nd day of May 2022."

"It is however important to note that the success of the free and fair election is attributed to our democratic maturity and readiness to further imbibe the tenets of democracy in Osun political space without reneging.

At this juncture, it is imperative to express my unalloyed love and admiration for everyone that participated in the election, including the aspirants, delegates and our numerous party members who remain resolute and dedicated to our course."

As the flag bearer of the party in the great débâcle of Ijesha South Federal Constituency election, coming up early 2023, I want to appeal to my co-aspirants to understand that the success is theirs as we need to jointly bear the flag to our glorious destination.

Nelson Mandela once said "one can not be preparing for something and secretly be believing  it will not succeed" 

It is high time we came together and employ concerted efforts and achieve this impending success together, beginning with the governorship election on July 16, 2021 as the last window election to all general election including the Legislative and presidential election in 2023 with a view to taking Nigeria out of the quangmire she has been enmeshed by APC maladministration. 

Let us shun every probable rancour, anger  and any act of a fifth columnist traceable to post primary election and accept the outcome of the primary election with the spirit of sportsmanship that the game of politics deserves.

Without any iota of doubt in my heart, our success is guaranteed if we can unite and go to the polls as a united family that we truly are!
