IFE NORTH ASSEMBLY - ELECT ADMONISHES CHRISTIANS ON PALM SUNDAY

PALM SUNDAY: HOLINESS IN ALL WE DO.
The Osun State House of Assembly-elect, Hon. Akinyode Abidemi Oyewusi has admonished christians in Osun and Ife North in particular to be holy in all they do on the occasion of the palm Sunday which comes up today.

The newly elected State Honourable in his words said "Constituents, I rejoice greatly with the Christian community on the celebration of the 2023 Palm Sunday." 
 

Oyewusi added that "Palm Sunday celebrates Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem and marks the start of the Holy Week, the final day of His earthly ministry."

Continuing, he added "However, as we begin Easter week, it is my prayer that all the dead things in our lives will be resurrected with the Lord."

"The crowds that went ahead of him and that followed were shouting, 'Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest heaven!'" - Matthew 21:9"

Once again, HAPPY PALM SUNDAY.
