HON ADEYEMI ADEWUMI IREKANDU HOBNOBS WITH NEW NAOS EXECUTIVES, SHARES EXPERIENCE.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of serving as the guest speaker at the Inauguration of the National Association of Osun State Students, NAOS. It was a delightful opportunity to revisit the core principles of student activism, evoking nostalgia as we sang some of our cherished "Aluta Songs" together.

Addressing the newly inaugurated student leaders and their peers, I emphasized the enduring impact of their present actions on their future. Drawing from my own experience, I shared how my tenure as FUTA Students Union President spoke for me a decade later when I pursued a seat in the House of Assembly.

I underscored the vital role of leadership development in shaping a better Nigeria, urging them to cultivate a vision and the capacity to bring it to fruition. Integral to this journey is upholding integrity and embracing a strong value system, essential qualities of effective leadership.

As a fellow Osun State student, I extend my heartfelt wishes for success to the newly inaugurated leadership of NAOS and to Osun State students worldwide.
