Olaoluwa Asejere Pays Tribute to the Exit of Osogbo-born Colossus, Asiwaju of Osogbo Land, Chief Ajadi Badmus

The Chairman, Osun Commissioners' Forum and Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs, Alhaji Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa Asejere, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the illustrious son of Osogbo, Chief Ajadi Badmus, the revered Asiwaju of Osogbo Land.
In his heartfelt tribute, Asejere described Chief Badmus as a true colossus whose towering presence and immense contributions have left an indelible mark on Osogbo's history and the collective memory of the Osogbo community.
"Asiwaju Chief Ajadi Badmus was a man of immense grace and a visionary leader," Asejere stated. "His efforts towards the socio-economic and cultural development of Osogbo will forever remain cherished. He was not just a leader of the people, but a father figure whose wisdom and leadership guided Osogbo for decades. He will be greatly missed."
He extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Asiwaju, praying that Allah grants them the strength to bear the irreplaceable loss. He also conveyed his sympathy to the community, which Chief Badmus so passionately served, and to the Royal Stool of Osogbo Land, led by His Royal Majesty, the Ataoja of Osogbo.
He emphasized that Chief Badmusโ passing is not just a loss for the immediate family but for all the indigenes of Osogbo. He urged them to take solace in the rich legacy he left behind, noting that his life was a testimony to faith, service, and dedication.
He prayed for the peaceful repose of the late Chief Ajadi Badmusโ soul and for Allah's mercy to grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus.
