Opinion: "The Magical wand of the incredible Performance of Hon George Alabi - Equivalence of 8 Months to 4 Years of Revenue Drive in Osun State"

Every Dispensation has its magic wand of sterling performance and under Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State, the magic is the leadership of Ministry of Lands, Chairmaned by Hon. George Alabi, supported by the PS and his management team.
The revenue that the Osun State Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning generated during the time Gboyega Oyetola as a governor of Osun State in four years is what Hon. George Alabi and his management team made for Osun State in 8 months of this administration.
This magic is not possible without standard native intelligence and administrative savvy of the Ministry of Lands' Boss and his team. The capability that settles most of crises known to land matters with ease, promptness and provision of formidable leadership to the ministry. Under the leadership of this silent achiever, the process of land acquisition and processing of C of O is extremely fast compared to the past government. In 45 days, land registration is completed.
A lot of encroachment by members of the public on government allocations is receiving effective and peaceful measure such as negotiations, regularisation, ADR and community development approaches when taken to the front burner of his operations. It will interest the government and member of the public that this giant stride is prudently and frugally achieved by little resources as many federal agencies and MDAs whose presence in the state required lands had been fixed and the delayed ones are receiving utmost priority in the ministry.
All agricultural projections are receiving utmost attention from the Ministry timely. Land is the mother to all developmental strides of any government, all materials, agriculture, shelter food and social Infrastructures are fixed and determined by land. The salient and strategic position of land to any government and society can never be over-emphasized.
It is also important to give kudos to Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke for the appropriation of a suitable hand to this very vital ministry, in the choice of Hon. George Alabi, who had contributed immensely to Osun State politics both at the State House of assembly, Ejiigbo Local Government area in the past and the present assignment in Osun State. He is a thorough manager of men and resources.
Beyond 2026, let the good work continue.
