Senate Minority Leader, Abba Moro, Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Akogun Lere Oyewumi Canvass Support For PDP Governorship Candidate In Ondo State.

Akure, 9th November, 2024.

The Senate Minority Leader, Senator Abba Moro, accompanied by the Deputy Senate Minority Leader, Akogun Lere Oyewumi, joined the PDP campaign train in Ondo and canvassed support for the Ondo PDP Governorship Candidate, Hon. Agboola Ajayi. The duo joined the PDP Governorship Candidate, Hon. Agboola Ajayi, and his running mate, Hon. Festus Akingbaso, in a campaign meeting with Osun State and Benue State indigenes in Ondo State, imploring them to support and vote for the PDP in the forthcoming gubernatorial election.

Senator Lere Oyewumi, who was ushered into the hall with songs, appreciated the Osun indigenes in Ondo for the warm reception and honor. He added that he has absolute confidence that Hon. Agboola Ajayi and his running mate, Hon. Festus Akingbaso, will deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of the state. He noted that Hon. Agboola Ajayi's mission is to serve the people using his experience in the public and private sectors and strong network to bring home development through various interventions across Ondo State.

The Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Abba Moro, stressed that Agboola Ajayi, as an administrator and an experienced lawmaker, has the requisite experience and potential, noting that there is no doubt about his ability to deliver the dividends of democracy at all.

The non-indigenes of Osun State and Benue State cheerfully identified with their dignified sons in Ondo and agreed to support and vote for the PDP candidate in the gubernatorial election. They claimed that the precarious situation of Ondo State at the moment calls for all and sundry to rally around the PDP and its candidate.
