Aare Asejere Hails Christian Faithful on Christmas, Urges Them to Keep Hope Alive

The Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs, Alhaji Chief Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa, popularly known as Aare Asejere, has extended his warmest Christmas greetings to all Christian faithful in Osun State and beyond.
In a statement issued today, the Aare Gbadero of Ifon Orolu Kingdom and Chairman of the Osun Commissioners' Forum, described Christmas as a season of hope, love, and renewal. He urged Christians to draw inspiration from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, embracing the values of love, kindness, and selflessness that the season represents.
Aare Asejere called on Christians to remain steadfast in their faith and to keep hope alive, even in the face of challenges. He emphasized the importance of fostering unity, peaceful coexistence, and harmony among individuals, families, and communities.
“Christmas is a time to reflect on the boundless love of God for humanity. It is also a time to extend that love to those around us, especially the less privileged, the needy, and the vulnerable,” he stated.
The Commissioner further enjoined Christians to use this sacred season as an opportunity to offer prayers for the performing Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.
He acknowledged the Governor's dedication to the development and progress of the state and prayed that God would continue to guide, strengthen, and grant him success in his transformative agenda.
“As we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, let us not forget to pray for our beloved Governor. His vision and tireless efforts are a blessing to our state, and we must unite in prayers for his continued wisdom, health, and strength,” Aare Asejere added.
He concluded by wishing all Christian faithful a joyous and peaceful Christmas celebration, urging everyone to step into the New Year with renewed hope, faith, and determination.
