HON. GEORGE ALABI REPRESENTS GOVERNOR ADELEKE AT PRAISE DAY AND CHRISTMAS CAROL IN EDE.

The Honourable Commissioner for Land and Physical Planning, Hon. George Alabi, ably represented the Executive Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke at the Praise Day and Christmas Carol organized by Jehoshaphat Praise Team. 

This year's event, themed "The King of Glory", took place at Oba Laoye Grammar School, Ede, today. 

The Carol was a grand celebration of the Christmas season, featuring a blend of mega praises, soulful choruses, and captivating activities that uplifted the spirits of attendees. 

Gospel artistes and bands, including Apostle Elijah Akintunde and the Pain and Pleasure Band—comprising persons with disabilities—delivered inspiring musical performances alongside other invited gospel ministers.

Delivering the Governor's goodwill message, Hon. George Alabi emphasized the significance of Christmas as a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and reflect on its essence of love, hope, and peace. He conveyed the Governor's call for unity and compassion among all citizens, particularly during this season of joy.

The event also attracted prominent dignitaries, including Hon. Bamidele Salam, Member of the House of Representatives for Ede/Egbedore/Ejigbo Federal Constituency; Hon. Olujimi Asagade, Member of the Osun State House of Assembly representing Ejigbo State Constituency; Hon. Ademola Oyebode, Ede South PDP Chairman; and several other notable figures.

Adding a touch of royalty, the Carol was graced by Oba William Alabi, Alasundurin of Isundunrin, alongside other revered royal fathers from the Ede/Egbedore/Ejigbo axis.

The joyous atmosphere at the Carol was palpable as participants joined in worship and celebration, embodying the true spirit of Christmas.
