The Honourable Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, Hon. George Ibitayo Alabi has congratulated business mogul and philanthropist, Dr. Deji Adeleke, on his emergence as Vanguard Newspaper's 2024 Personality of the Year, describing the recognition as a well-earned national honour.
