Hon. Shokeye Muhammed Shobowale, an ardent advocate of good governance and the esteemed representative of Irepodun/Orolu/Olorunda/Oshogbo Federal Constituency, has extended heartfelt Easter greetings to Christians in Osun State and across Nigeria.

In his Easter message, Hon. Shokeye urged Christians to embody the Christ like values of peace, love, and sacrifice that define the season. He noted that Easter serves as a time for sober reflection on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, whose life and teachings continue to offer a moral compass for humanity.

"I encourage everyone to internalize the enduring lessons of Easter by promoting peace, fostering good neighborliness, embracing forgiveness, and practicing love in line with the teachings of Christ,” he stated.

He further emphasized that the sustenance of peace and unity remains pivotal to Nigeria's progress and development. Hon. Shokeye also called on the political class to use the season as a moment of introspection towards building a more stable and prosperous nation.

“I congratulate all Christian faithful on the successful completion of Lent and wish them a joyful and rewarding Easter celebration,” he concluded.
