The Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adewale Olumide Egbedun was a Special Guest of Honourable at the Nigeria Polytechnic Games Association, NIPOGA 2025.
The Speaker was accompanied by Hon. (Arch). Adeyemi Adewumi, representing the Obokun State Constituency in the State House of Assembly at the event wrote this:

"This afternoon, I had the honour of joining esteemed guests at the closing ceremony of the 22nd NIPOGA Games hosted by the Federal Polytechnic, Offa. It was an exhilarating event that showcased not only the incredible athletic talents of our students but also the spirit of camaraderie and unity that sports bring to our communities.
"I was proud to stand alongside my colleague, Hon. Adeyemi Adewumi, representing the Obokun State Constituency, as we celebrated the achievements of all the participants. The dedication and hard work displayed by the athletes were truly inspiring and a testament to the future of sports in our state.
"Events like the NIPOGA Games not only promote healthy competition but also foster relationships among institutions, encouraging collaboration and mutual growth. I commend all organisers, participants, and supporters for making this event a resounding success.
