Aare Asejere Salutes Fathers as Pillars of Strength and Guidance on Father's Day.

Osogbo, June 15, 2025.

The Honourable Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs in Osun State, Aare Ganiyu Ayobami Olaoluwa Asejere, has extended heartfelt greetings to all fathers across the state and beyond as the world marks Father's Day.

In his tribute, Aare Asejere described fathers as the silent heroes of society whose wisdom, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment to family and community play a vital role in shaping future generations. He acknowledged the strength, discipline, and resilience fathers demonstrate daily in fulfilling their responsibilities.

"Fathers are not just providers, they are protectors, mentors, and guiding lights who deserve to be celebrated every day,” Aare Asejere stated. “Today, we honour the men who continue to lay strong foundations of love, character, and purpose in our homes and communities.”

He concluded by praying for long life, strength, and divine wisdom for all fathers, while urging society to continue appreciating and supporting the vital role they play.
