APPRECIATION TO OUR DEAR GOVERNOR AND DECLARATION OF LOYALTY TO OSUN CENTRAL
APPRECIATION TO OUR DEAR GOVERNOR AND DECLARATION OF LOYALTY TO OSUN CENTRAL

Osogbo, June 15, 2025.
Today, I write with immense gratitude and appreciation for our dear Governor, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, for the remarkable transformation Osun State has witnessed under his dynamic leadership in less than three years.
As I formally express my aspiration to contest as the Senatorial Candidate for Osun Central under the esteemed platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2026/2027 election cycle, I want to state unequivocally that I remain loyal to the visionary leadership of Governor Adeleke.
Truly, the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke has been the best in the history of Osun State. He has brought light—just as his name "Imole" implies. From infrastructure to economic stability, his government has set a new standard of governance. He has not only revived our economy but has paid off the massive debts accumulated by previous administrations. Projects are being commissioned almost on a daily basis across the state, reflecting a deep commitment to development and transformation.
Governor Adeleke's dedication has turned Osun into what many now proudly refer to as “Small London.” He deserves our continued support and a resounding second term. He has earned it.
As the Bible says, “To whom much is given, much is expected.” Governor Adeleke has given us all—hope, inclusion, empowerment, and progress. Under his leadership, young people are more involved in governance and politics than ever before. He has made us believe once again in democracy and in the power of our vote.
During my recent tour across the senatorial districts under my watch, the message was clear: the people are satisfied with the Imole administration. Testimonies from party leaders and ward executives alike speak of progress, unity, and transformation. The work has begun, and we are fully aligned with the Governor's vision.
A personal moment recently reminded me of how far we have come. I was expecting family friends for the Eid-el-Kabir celebration at my residence in GRA. Upon arrival, they shared how Osun's transformation left them speechless—smooth roads, new layouts, and changed landscapes. They had to ask a bike rider for directions because everything looked so new. That day, I felt fulfilled, proud to be part of this success story.
To the good people of Osun State, we have seen the past, and now we are living in the new dawn. We can feel it, see it, touch it, and believe it. The difference is clear. Let us continue to support Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke for the progress of our beloved Osun.
The light has come. Let us not go back to darkness. Let us keep Osun glowing.
Signed,
Aare Asejere,
Hon Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs Osun state Central Senatorial District
