The Deputy Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Abidemi Akinyode Oyewusi has extolled the virtues of the Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olumide Adewale Egbedun as he clocks forty (40) years.

Rt. Hon. Oyewusi in a well laden encomiums made available to the press said "Rt. Hon. Egbedun's dedication to the progress of Osun State continues to inspire many."

 Rt. Hon. Oyewusi wrote "I joined the Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke; the Deputy Governor, Prince Kola Adewusi; the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye; the Chief of Staff, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye; Yeye Modupe Adeleke-Sanni; members of the executive; distinguished Honourable members; Osogbo businessmen and women; friends of the Speaker; and other well-wishers at the pre-birthday celebration held in honour of Mr Speaker at the Aurora Event Center, Osogbo, on Friday. It was a graceful gathering in celebration of a visionary leader.

The atmosphere was filled with warmth, joy, and admiration as tributes poured in for Mr Speaker, Rt. Hon. Olumide Egbedun, whose dedication to the progress of Osun State continues to inspire many. The event was not only a celebration of his birthday but also a testament to his growing impact in governance, leadership, and service to the people.
